When booking slots, registering cricket academy squads, or issuing digital player cards, we collect essential operational data:

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, mobile phone number, email address, and city location.
  • Reservation Records: Selected turf slots, match dates, player counts, and coupon redemptions.
  • Cricket Profile Data: Player batting/bowling style, jersey number, academy affiliation, and team roster roles.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for core turf operations and tournament administration:

  • Issuing digital Match Tickets and sending booking confirmation alerts via WhatsApp/SMS.
  • Managing multi-player slot quorums and notifying squads when slots reach capacity.
  • Generating verified digital Player ID cards with unique QR passes for fast arena check-in.
  • Publishing real-time tournament fixtures, leaderboards, and match scorecards.
Financial Security

3. Payment Security & PhonePe Integration

All financial payments (full slot fees or token advances) are processed securely through PhonePe PG using end-to-end encrypted tunnels. Orai Sports never collects, stores, or transmits credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or bank credentials on our local servers.

Mobile PWA & Cookies

4. Cookies & Offline PWA Storage

Our Progressive Web App (PWA) employs lightweight browser storage and Service Workers to cache static assets, turf ground schedules, and your recent ticket passes so they load instantaneously even during intermittent mobile 4G/5G connectivity. We utilize secure HTTP-only session cookies exclusively for user authentication and CSRF fraud prevention.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

We respect your sovereignty over your personal data. We never sell, rent, or lease your contact information to third-party advertising brokers. You may request an export or complete removal of your player profile and historical records at any time by emailing us at support@oraisports.com.
