1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking and request a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled slot time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the slot time are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot time.

2. Cancellation by OraiSports

If OraiSports cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, venue issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@oraisports.com with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to comply with booking terms (e.g., arriving late or not adhering to venue rules).

5. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
