1. Turf Access & Slot Schedule

All turf bookings are strictly bound to the designated start and finish times selected during checkout. The countdown clock begins automatically at your slot time, irrespective of late arrivals.

• Players must arrive at the reception at least 10 minutes prior to their slot for digital check-in.
• Overstaying past the slot conclusion will incur overtime billing in full 30-minute block increments subject to availability.
• Subletting or re-selling reserved slots to third parties without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

To preserve the high-density artificial turf surface and prevent player injury, strict footwear rules apply at all times inside the playing perimeter:

3. Player Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Rules

Orai Sports is committed to offering an elite, family-friendly athletic environment. Any violation of ground protocols will lead to immediate ejection without refund:

• Strictly Prohibited: Smoking, vape devices, gutkha, paan masala, and alcoholic beverages inside or near the turf complex.
• Property Integrity: Willful damage to boundary netting, LED floodlight stands, stumps, or dugouts will be charged at current replacement cost directly to the booking holder.
• Fair Play: Respectful behavior towards arena referees, match officials, and opposing squads is mandatory. Violent physical altercations result in an immediate lifetime ban.

4. Booking Verification & Check-In

Every booking requires valid customer details (full name and WhatsApp-verified mobile number).

• Show your digital Match Ticket (QR code / Pass) on your smartphone upon arrival at the clubhouse.
• Coupons and promotional discounts are subject to single-use verification and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Advance balance payments must be settled at the desk prior to stepping onto the pitch.

5. Physical Fitness & Limitation of Liability

Cricket and athletic games involve dynamic physical exertion and inherent risks of injury. Players participate entirely at their own discretion. Orai Sports management provides certified first-aid on site but holds no liability for muscle strains, fractures, or sports injuries sustained during play. Additionally, management is not responsible for personal valuables left unattended in locker spaces or player dugouts.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising in relation to arena services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Orai, Uttar Pradesh.
